Yuquan Holloway
Board Member
Yuquan Holloway is a Lean Sigma and Project Management Professional with over 20 years of Information Technology (IT) and Business Management experience. She currently serves as a Director within Coca-Cola’s Global IT Organization.
The majority of Yuquan’s corporate experience has been with the Coca-Cola Company where she celebrated 17 years this past summer. During her tenure, she has enjoyed leading projects and programs in various organizations within the North American supply chain and global IT organization. With the announcement of Coca- Cola Refreshments (CCR), she led the $20M CCR Parts Strategy Synergy Initiative to create a centralized parts management organization.
Within the Continuous Improvement space, Yuquan got an exciting opportunity to serve as an Operational Excellence coach and mentor to numerous corporate Global IT improvement initiatives; in this role she focused on driving a culture of standard work and repeatable processes, stabilizing and simplifying core applications, reducing critical incidents, and improving IT service management processes.
Yuquan graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and holds a MBA from Georgia State University. Via Georgia Tech’s Continuing Education program, she received her Lean Sigma Black Belt Certification. She lives in Johns Creek with her husband, Tavares, and son and daughter, Harrison and Kendall.
Beyond family, Yuquan’s passion is education and empowerment. She often volunteers for speaking engagements, career days, activities at local schools, and Women In Technology’s girl mentorship programs. She serves as a member of Ashworth’s College Educational Advisory Board, and she serves weekly as a Middle School leader at North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA. If it’s a really good week, you will find her in a dance class pretending like it’s 199x.
